After losing many opportunities in Tollywood, Pooja Hegde is getting frustrated after facing successive flops in Hindi. At such a time, she got an opportunity to act opposite a top hero like Suriya in Tamil. Surya is busy acting in his 44th film (Surya 44) after Kanguva. Directed by Karthik Subbaraj, the title of this film is yet to be fixed.

Pooja Hegde is currently in Chennai for shooting. It is reported that Pooja Hegde is not on the set as usual. Pooja prefers to have a lot of fun with the film team. Pooja happily says that recently she tasted her favourite food. This has been revealed on social media.

Pooja Hegde is a great fan of South Indian cuisine. She shared a photo on Instagram of a traditional thali with delicacies neatly arranged on a banana leaf. “Food that goes straight to my soul,” she captioned it. A thali in a banana leaf is filled with authentic South Indian dishes while the film unit muses about Pooja’s taste. This can be understood by how she enjoys many small pleasures despite her busy schedule.

Surya 44 has cinematographer Shreyas Krishna and editor Shafiq Mohammad Ali working with the best technicians. Santhosh Narayanan is composing the music. It is jointly produced by Stone Bench Films and 2D Entertainment. The film stars Jayaram, Joju George, Karunakaran, Nasser, Sujith Shankar and others.

Pooja Hegde is acting in the Hindi action thriller “Deva”. Shahid Kapoor is the protagonist in this film. Directed by Roshan Andrews, the film is produced by Zee Studios – Roy Kapur Films. It will be released on 14th February 2025.
